Perfect for a solo traveler in need
They took me in at the last moment very late at night when I missed my train and stayed up waiting for me. The room was spacious, quiet, and it felt safe even in the early hours, I was really surprised for the price I paid.

Communication was non-existent as my calls and messages went unanswered. Upon arrival, the location turned out to be a private house without essential amenities, a frustrating experience that felt misleading. Ultimately, I ended up stranded on the street at night after my money was taken without receiving the promised accommodation.

Personally, i was really impressed how comfortable and spacious the room was for the price. It was super quiet too, so i managed to get a good night's sleep. Loved the location as well, felt safe walking around even late at night. They're friendly and helped me when i needed it last minute.
But i had to deal with incorrect address info and no response from them when i tried to reach out. So frustrating!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our time away, though cleanliness could have been better. The staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the cozy on-site restaurant, a highlight. Pro tip, check amenities before settling in for a smoother stay.

The area was charming and peaceful.
Upon arrival, our room was not clean at all. There were spiderwebs in the window and dirt on the floor. To make things worse, the shower had almost no water pressure, quite frustrating. We also had issues with the oven not functioning properly, and it took us a long time to figure it out with no help from the staff. Both washing machines were broken, leaving us with no option but to air dry our wet clothes.

The homestyle Japanese dishes at nearby Appetite London had my taste buds dancing! Plus, the room was big and shiny with a lovely view. It was clean too!
Gotta spill the tea though. This isn't actually at Montfichet road, but miles away on Hainault Road. Plus, I had to shower with barely a drizzle and was left short on toilet paper. Bit of a bummer after all the good eating!

The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the cleanliness was commendable. I appreciated having a washing machine in the room. It came in handy. Several issues marred my experience. The wifi was unavailable, forcing me to purchase extra data. Water pressure in the shower was really low. It was like showering with drops instead of streams. I had to request toilet paper on the second day of my stay, inconvenient. The bed wasn't comfortable enough for a full night's rest, and the location was about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which can be tiring after a long day of exploring.
